DELIVERY TIMES AND METHODS
In most cases, the manufacture and delivery of equipment takes 4–10 weeks after receipt of payment. Production/delivery time is specified in each product description.
If you order multiple items with different delivery times, they will be shipped together once all are ready, unless otherwise agreed. The longest delivery time applies to the entire order. Upon agreement, longer delivery times are also possible.
In some cases, we may need to store your goods temporarily. Storage and any associated risks or costs are the buyer’s responsibility. New delivery costs also fall to the customer.
Delivery time may be extended in case of events beyond our control (e.g. strikes, import/export issues, force majeure). In such cases, we will inform the buyer promptly and share new estimated delivery dates.
Goods are shipped via parcel service or freight carrier and delivered to the first lockable door on the ground floor. Shipping costs are shown during checkout — no hidden fees. Deliveries to non-mainland areas may incur additional charges (communicated individually).
Machines are partially pre-assembled; parts are packed separately with clear mounting instructions. This allows for easy transport through standard doors and simple assembly. We do not offer an assembly service.
TERMS OF DELIVERY, DELAY, AND IMPOSSIBILITIES
The agreed delivery location is the place of execution. Any changes to the delivery address or delivery failure resulting in return, redelivery, or storage will be at the buyer’s expense.
The buyer is responsible for unloading the equipment and assumes all related costs and risks. If the vehicle must leave the public road to access the delivery point and any damage occurs, the buyer is liable. Waiting time of delivery vehicles is also charged to the buyer.
Partial deliveries are permitted. Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. strikes, traffic, governmental restrictions) are not our responsibility.
In the case of non-acceptance of delivery, any additional costs, including re-delivery and transport-related risks, are borne by the buyer. Returns are not accepted without prior written consent.

RIGHT OF REFUND / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 5 days after the written order confirmation (sent by email after full payment is received). To exercise this right, send us a clear written statement via email to [email protected].
As long as the notification is sent within the 5-day period, the withdrawal is valid.
THE CONSEQUENCES OF CANCELLATION
If you withdraw from your purchase within the allowed period, we will refund all payments received, including shipping fees, within 14 days from receiving your cancellation notice. Refunds are made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
