MAINTENANCE

STORAGE REQUIREMENTS FOR GYM EQUIPMENT
The fitness equipment is intended for indoor use. The room temperature in which the equipment may be installed and stored may fluctuate between -10 and 60 degrees Celsius at a relative humidity of around 85%. The air pressure can be between 84 and 107 bar.

ASSEMBLY AND ADJUSTMENT OF GYM EQUIPMENT
The customer is responsible for the assembly, the exchange of the replacement parts and any repairs to the fitness equipment (within the limitation period we can offer the suitable parts for replacement, but cannot install them. FITNESS PRODUCE is in no way liable for accidents and associated consequences such as injuries, property or personal injury, possibly resulting in the death of a user, who in connection with assembly, exchange of parts, for repairs and other work or use on the fitness equipment.

BEFORE USING A FITNESS DEVICE
Do not forget to check the moving parts and equipment, the tension of the tires and cables as well as the condition of the connectors and fittings. If necessary, these must be adjusted to the correct voltage.

DURING USE OF GYM EQUIPMENT
For the longest possible life, we recommend that you routinely inspect the fitness equipment through the following routine tests:

DAILY:
Inspect the surface of your fitness device. Test the handles, weights, power bands, cables, fasteners, bearings, and moving blocks, etc. for possible damage and possible defects.
Test the tension of the power bands and cables and tension them properly.
Pay attention to good hygiene of the upholstery. A mild soap solution is very suitable for this. Avoid the use of abrasive cleaning agents and chemicals that contain gasoline or acetone.

WEEKLY:
Make sure that all connectors and screw connections are in perfect condition and tighten if necessary.
Perform a functional check of the moving parts and equipment. In the case of a squeaking or crackling noise, use lubricants or sprays.

MONTHLY:
Check and maintain the condition of the bearings and movement blocks on a monthly basis. Here again, the use of lubricants and cleaning agents help.

IN THE EVENT OF INJURY:
To prevent personal injury, the use of the fitness equipment must be stopped immediately as soon as you discover the damage. This can be present on the tension bands, cables, bearings, movement blocks, moving parts and the device itself.
The fitness equipment may only be used for the intended purpose. All other applications are strongly discouraged. This also concerns the maximum load limit for the fitness equipment.

FORBIDDEN TO
Modify the device on its own or install third-party parts that are not approved by the manufacturer.

WARRANTY

OUR WARRANTY PROVIDES YOU WITH ADVANCED ADVANTAGES RELATING TO THE REGULATORY WARRANTY:
Warranty on frame and welds for up to five years after delivery.
Warranty on the rollers and bearings for up to two years after delivery.
Warranty on cables and handles for up to six months after delivery.
Up to ninety days after the delivery warranty on the upholstery and all non-specified parts.

THE WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO DAMAGE CAUSED BY:
Use by persons weighing more than 150 kg.
Incorrect use of the device.
Accidents.
Ignore the instructions and/or warnings in the device manual.
Force majeure (such as a flood).
Rust and corrosion.
